Acceptance

By creating an account or using PrepCard, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, do not use the service.

What PrepCard Does

PrepCard is an AI-powered interview preparation tool. It connects to your calendar, detects upcoming interviews, and delivers research-backed prep briefs. It also provides AI-generated cover letters, follow-up email drafts, and live note-taking during calls.

Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use PrepCard.
• One account per person. Do not share accounts.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use PrepCard for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access or interfere with other users' accounts or data.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the service.
• Use automated means to abuse the AI generation features.
• Misrepresent yourself or your credentials using AI-generated content.

AI-Generated Content

PrepCard uses AI to generate prep briefs, cover letters, and follow-up emails. This content is provided as a starting point and may not be accurate. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and using any AI-generated content. PrepCard makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI output.

Calendar and Data Access

When you connect a calendar, you grant PrepCard read-only access to your calendar events for the purpose of detecting interviews. You can revoke this access at any time from Settings. We read only the minimum data required to deliver the service.

Subscription and Billing

PrepCard offers a free tier and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. All payments are processed securely. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe there was an error.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Disclaimer of Warranties

PrepCard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrepCard is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of PrepCard after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
